Il Tribunale di Milano conferma l'illegalità della pubblicità comparativa di Plasmon
A seguito dell'udienza del 28 dicembre 2011, tenutasi contraddittorio tra le due parti, il Tribunale di Milano ha confermato oggi il provvedimento cautelare dichiarato lo scorso 3 dicembre 2011, che giudicava la pubblicità comparativa di Plasmon illegale verso Barilla, in quanto rispetto prodotti non omogenei tra di loro, così come diffamatorie e ingannevole.

Further to the hearing of 28th December 2011, held contradictorily between the two parties, the Court of Milan confirmed today the interim injunction declared last 3rd December 2011, that judged Plasmon’s comparative advertising illegal towards Barilla, as it compared non homogeneous products amongst themselves, as well as defamatory and deceptive.
